Delete your Wagter account

Use this page to request deletion of your Wagter account and associated data if you cannot access the app.

You can also delete your account in the app from Settings → Account → Delete account.

Important: Account deletion is intended to be permanent and irreversible. Once deletion is completed, the account cannot be restored.

Complete the form below using the email address associated with your Wagter account. Submitting this form creates a deletion request only. It does not immediately delete the account. We may contact the registered account email address or require additional verification before processing the request.

What happens after you submit?

Submitting this form creates a deletion request only. It does not immediately delete the account.
We review the request and verify the account details.
We may contact the registered account email address or require additional verification before processing the request.
If the request is verified and confirmed, we aim to delete the account and associated data from active systems as soon as reasonably possible, typically within 10 days and no later than 15 days.
Some limited data may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or abuse-prevention reasons.
