Delete your Wagter account

Use this page to request deletion of your Wagter account and associated data if you cannot access the in-app deletion flow.

1. In-app deletion

You can also delete your account in the app from Settings → Account → Delete account.
Important: account deletion is intended to be permanent and irreversible after completion.

2. Request deletion on this page

Submit this form using the email address associated with your Wagter account. Submitting this form creates a deletion request only. It does not immediately delete the account. We may verify the request through the registered account email address before processing.

For security reasons, we may verify the request through the registered account email address before deletion is processed.

3. What happens after you submit?

  • We review the request and verify account details.
  • We may contact the registered account email address or require additional verification.
  • If verified, we aim to delete the account and associated data from active systems as soon as reasonably possible, typically within 10 days and no later than 15 days.
  • Some limited data may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, or rights-enforcement reasons.
