Users may not use Wagter to create, upload, store, share, request, promote, search for, or distribute content or behavior involving child sexual abuse material, child sexual exploitation, grooming, sexualized comments involving minors, coercion, trafficking, predatory behavior, or attempts to move such activity off-platform.
3. Detection and moderation
Wagter may use automated systems, user reports, metadata review, account review, and human moderation where appropriate. Content or accounts may be removed, restricted, suspended, or permanently terminated without advance notice where necessary.
4. Reporting child safety concerns
Users can report content or accounts in the app where available. Urgent child safety concerns can also be sent to support@wagters.com. Include usernames, links, screenshots, and a clear description where possible.
5. Enforcement and legal compliance
- remove content immediately;
- limit visibility or disable features;
- suspend or terminate accounts;
- preserve information where required for safety or legal reasons; and
- escalate to appropriate authorities or organizations where required by applicable law.
